- : I have a FAST 28.8K connections, thats fine, the fault is with the Video
- : DIsplay being to SLOW. Like I said it not BAD for WWW, but anything having to
- : do with Messages, it's just SLOW, trying to go though them all Quickly.
- : Now if I was in B&W mode, it would be Quick for everything, But you can't see
- : CRAP when WWW if your using the Backgroud Pictures, whre as 16 Colors you can
- : easly read everything.
-
- If you want I can send you a preliminary driver that is pretty fast in
- 16color. maybe 2 time the speed of external one you are using right now.
- (If your 030 as no mmu this prelimirary version is as fast as it will go
- so you wont need the final version)
-
- : So if I want to go WWW, need a Browser to do a lot of pages with FORMS,
- : Netscape works great, AMosiac just Crashes all the time, and IBrowse has no
- : Forms support right not. I'm using THOR on the Amiga for Newsgroups and E-
- : Mail as thats what I spend most of my time on the Internet for, if I use THOR,
- : I tie up my phone line a whole lot less even though I doesn't cost me anymore
- : from the phone commpany or my ISP as there both Unlimited.
- : I'm using the External VIdeo AGA driver, but I don't notice that much of a
- : speed Incress using it.
-
- What setup did you choose for the driver?
